Health Education Prescription (Qi Deficiency Quality)

Qi deficiency refers to a physical state characterized by deficiency of vital qi, fatigue, shortness of breath, and spontaneous sweating. Do not adapt to seasonal changes, prone to cold, visceral drooping, fatigue syndrome and other diseases, or disease delay.


Emotional adjustment

Should maintain a stable and optimistic attitude, do not overwork.

Should enjoy the rhythm of music, such as Dizi song "Happy meet" and so on.


Diet and health

Should choose the temperature, invigorating spleen and qi food, such as rice, millet, pumpkin, carrot, yam, jujube, mushroom, lotus seed, white lentil, soybean, tofu, chicken, eggs, quail (eggs), beef and so on. Try to eat less or do not eat cabbage, betel nut, radish and other gas consumption food. Should not eat more raw cold, spicy hot food.


Refer to the diet prescription

① Yam porridge: yam 30g, japonica rice 180g. The yam and japonica rice into the pot together with water to cook porridge, cooked. This porridge can be eaten at dinner every day. It has the effect of supplementing qi and is suitable for people with qi deficiency constitution


② Astragalus childrens chicken: 1 child chicken, raw astragalus 9g. Wash the child chicken, wrap it with gauze bag, and keep the astragalus alive. Take a thin thread, tie one end of the gauze bag tightly, put it in the pot, and the other end is tied on the handle of the pot. Add ginger, spring onion and appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil soup. After the chicken is cooked, take out the astragalus bag. Add salt, rice wine to taste, can serve. It has the beneficial effect of tonifying qi deficiency, and is suitable for those with qi deficiency constitution and easy to sweat. This prescription has a strong invigorating force and can be taken once every half a month for those with obvious qi deficiency. It should not be taken continuously for a long time.



Living adjustment

Advocate the combination of work and rest, do not work too hard so as to avoid damage to qi. Avoid sweating in the wind at ordinary times. Bedroom environment should adopt bright warm tone.


Sports health care

It is advisable to choose a soft traditional fitness program, such as Baduanjin. After completing the full set of Baduanjin movements, "climbing feet with two hands to cement kidney waist" and "accumulating fists and eyes to increase strength" were added for 1 to 3 times respectively. Avoid strenuous exercise. The levator ANI method can also be used to prevent organ ptosis. The levator ANI method: the whole body is relaxed, and the attention is concentrated in the perineum and anus. First, inhale the abdomen, contract and raise the anus, pause for 2 to 3 seconds, then slowly relax and exhale, and repeat for 10 to 15 times.


Acupoint care

Qihai point: located in the lower abdomen, the anterior midline, when the umbilicus 15 cun;

Guanyuan point: located in the lower abdomen, anterior midline, when the umbilicus 3 cun below.


采用掌根操法,每个穴位按揉2~3分钟,每天操作1~2次。这两   个穴位还可以采用艾条温和灸,增加温养益气的作用。温和灸可每周操作 1次
