Definition

Emotional adjustment

Should be optimistic and cheerful, get along with others, not demanding of themselves and not demanding of others. If the mood of depression can not be resolved, to actively find the cause, in time to tell friends.

It is appropriate to enjoy the lively rhythm and beautiful melody of music such as "The Golden Snake Dance", etc., also suitable for watching comedy, inspirational drama, and relaxed and joyful crosstalk performances.


Diet and health

Should choose the food that has the function of regulating qi and relieving depression, such as day lily, chrysanthemum, rose, jasmine, barley, kumquat, citrus, pomelo and so on. Eat less astringent food, such as pomegranate, dark plum, green plum, bayberry, strawberry, star fruit, plum, lemon, pumpkin, pickles, etc.

① Three flower tea: jasmine, chrysanthemum, rose 3 grams each. Brew with boiling water and drink it instead of tea. It has the effect of promoting qi and relieving depression, and is suitable for people with qi depression constitution.

② Lean meat soup with daylily: 60 grams of fresh daylily (20 grams of dry products), 500 grams of lean pork (cut into pieces), 3 pieces of ginger, appropriate amount of oil and salt. The cauliflower needs to be blanched with boiling water first, put a little oil to fry slightly, and then put the cauliflower and lean meat into the clay pot together, add 2500 ml of water, and change the fire for 3 hours after boiling, and add the appropriate amount of salt and oil. It has the effect of soothing liver and relieving depression, and is suitable for people with qi depression constitution.



Living adjustment

Try to spend more time outdoors and socializing to prevent loneliness. Keep your room quiet, spacious and bright. Keep a regular sleep schedule and avoid drinks such as tea, coffee and cocoa before bed. Clothing should be soft, breathable and comfortable.


Sports health care

Should participate in more group sports, insist on doing greater intensity, greater load of "vent type" exercise, such as running, climbing, swimming. Can also participate in chess, cards and other recreational activities, distracting attention.


Acupoint care

Hegu point: located on the back of the hand, between the first and second metacarpal bones, when the midpoint of the radial side of the second metacarpal bone;

Taichong point: located on the dorsal side of the foot, when the first metatarsal gap behind the depression.

The kneading method can be used. Each acupoint was operated for 2 to 3 minutes, once or twice a day.
