Definition

Due to the excessive phlegm and dampness in the body, the fire is quenched over time, and the body fluid is burned, which is characterized by the coexistence of wet weight and heat. Not adapted to the humid and hot climate, especially in late summer and early autumn, prone to common acne, seborrheic dermatitis, hemorrhoids, gout and other diseases.


Emotional adjustment

Should be stable mood, try to avoid trouble, can choose different forms of interest.

Should appreciate melodious music, such as zither "mountains and rivers" and so on.


Diet and health

Should choose sweet cold or bitter cold clear and wet food, such as mung bean (bud), mung bean cake, green tea, celery, cucumber, bitter gourd, watermelon, winter gourd, coix seed, red beans, portulaca, lotus root, etc. Eat less mutton, animal viscera and other fatty products, as well as leek, ginger, pepper, pepper, pepper and hot pot, cooking, barbecue and other hot food.

① Mung bean and Coix porridge: 40 grams of coix seed, 40 grams of mung bean. Soak overnight, put in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, simmer until done, simmer for a few minutes. It has the effect of clearing heat, dampness and detoxification, and is suitable for those who are prone to grow sores.


② Pork soup with old cucumber and red beans: 1000 grams of old cucumber, 80 grams of red beans, a small amount of lean pork, 10 grams of tangerine peel, 1 to 2 pieces of ginger. Wash red beans and tangerine peel, scratch off tangerine peel, and soak together; Wash old cucumbers and cut them into thick pieces. Wash the pork and cut it without a knife. Put the old skin in a clay pot, add 3000 ml of water (about 12 bowls of water), then add the old cucumber, pork and ginger to the boil, then change to a simmer for about 2.5 hours, add appropriate salt and oil. It has the effect of clearing heat and dampness, regulating qi, and is suitable for people with dampness and heat constitution.



Living adjustment

The room should be dry and well ventilated to avoid hot flusher, and the dehumidifier or air conditioner can be used indoors to improve the wet and hot environment. Choose loose style, good air permeability of natural cotton, hemp, silk clothing. Pay attention to personal hygiene to prevent skin lesions. Keep adequate and regular sleep, half an hour before going to bed should not think about problems, read books, watch tense TV programs, avoid taking exciting drinks, should not smoke or drink. Keep urine and stool unobstructed and prevent dampness and heat accumulation.


Sports health care

It is appropriate to do middle - and long-distance running, swimming, various ball games, martial arts and other exercises with greater intensity. Summer should be avoided in the hot sun for a long time activities, in the autumn season, often choose to climb mountains, more help to get rid of damp heat. You can also do Baduanjin. After completing the whole set of movements, "both hands support the Tianli Sanjiao" and "single lift for regulating the spleen and stomach" are added for 1 to 3 times, once a day.


Acupoint care

Zhigou point: located on the back of the forearm, on the line between Dangyang pool and elbow tip, 3 cun on the horizontal line of the back of the wrist, between the ulna and radius;

Yinlingquan point: located in the medial side of the calf, when the medial tibial ankle posterior inferior depression;

Finger rubbing or tapping can be used, 2 to 3 minutes per point, 1 to 2 times a day. Yin Lingquan also has the option of scraping.
