Definition

Should appreciate radical, uplifting music, such as Erhu "horse racing" and so on.


Diet and health

Should choose invigorating spleen transport, dampness and phlegm food, such as winter gourd, white radish, coix seed, red beans, lotus leaf, hawthorn, ginger, shepherd's purse, laver, kelp, crucian carp, carp, bass, clam and so on. Eat less fat, sweet, oily (greasy) food.

① Lotus leaf porridge: 30 grams of dried lotus leaves, 60 grams of japonica rice, dried lotus leaves knead, and japonica rice put in the pot, a total of porridge. And has the effect of removing dampness and reducing turbidity, suitable for phlegm dampness.


② Pork ribs soup with winter gourd, kelp and coix rice: 1000 grams of winter gourd, 100 grams of kelp, 30 grams of coix rice, a small amount of pork ribs, 2 to 3 pieces of ginger, wash the winter gourd and its skin, and cut into pieces; Wash coix and kelp, soak slightly; Pork ribs were washed and cut into pieces; Then put it into the clay pot together with ginger, add 3000 ml of water (about 12 bowls of water), use Wushuo to boil, change to simmer for about 3 hours, add appropriate amount of salt and a little oil. And it has the effect of invigorating spleen, removing dampness and phlegm, which is suitable for the elderly with phlegm dampness constitution and abdominal fat.


Living adjustment photography

The living environment should be dry, not humid, and the clothing fabric should be made of natural fibers such as cotton, hemp and silk, which are breathable and wet, and should be kept loose as far as possible, which is conducive to the evaporation of sweat and the removal of moisture in the body.

Sleeping pillow should not be too high at night to prevent snoring aggravation; Early to bed and early to rise, not too comfortable, love sofa and bed.


Sports health care

Insist on long-term exercise, the intensity should be gradual according to their own situation. It is not suitable for sports in rainy season and damp and cold weather.

You can choose to walk fast, martial arts and play badminton, etc., so that the relaxed muscles gradually become strong and dense. If you are overweight and your knees are damaged, you can choose to swim.


Acupoint care
