Definition

Blood stasis type refers to a physical state characterized by poor blood flow, dark skin color, dark purple tongue, etc. Not adapted to wind and cold, susceptible to coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, lower extremity varicose veins and other diseases.


Emotional adjustment

In case of calm, efforts to overcome impetuous mood.

Should appreciate fluent lyric music, such as "Spring River flower moon night" and so on.


Diet and health

Should choose the food that has the effect of regulating qi and blood, such as raw hawthorn, vinegar, rose, peach kernel (flower), black bean, rape and so on. Eat less astrinting, cold, frozen things, such as dark plum, persimmon, pomegranate, bitter gourd, peanut, and high fat, high cholesterol, greasy food, such as egg yolk, shrimp, pig head meat, pig brain, cheese, etc. Can also drink a small amount of wine, glutinous rice wine, help to promote blood circulation, but high blood pressure and coronary heart disease and other patients should not drink. Use blood-activating foods with caution during menstruation.

① Chuanxiong porridge with black beans: Chuanxiong 10g, black beans 25g, japonica rice 50g. Chuanxiong with gauze wrap, and black beans, japonica rice together with water decoction, add the right amount of brown sugar, divided warm. It has the effect of activating blood and removing blood stasis, and is suitable for people with blood stasis constitution.

② Safflower notoginseng steamed old hen: 1 old hen (about 1000g), ginseng notoginseng 10g, safflower 15g, tangerine 10g. Slaughter the old hen, cut the viscera, wash, put in ginseng, safflower, tangerine peel, steamed, until the meat rotten, add onion, salt, ginger seasoning, divided meals. It has the function of activating blood and promoting qi, and is suitable for those who suffer from chest stuffiness and pain syndrome with blood stasis constitution.



Living adjustment

The bedroom should be warm and comfortable, and it is not suitable to work and live in the dark and cold environment for a long time. Dress loosely, keep warm, and keep stools flowing. It is not appropriate to be comfortable, and it is appropriate to be outdoors when the sun is full. Avoid playing mahjong for a long time, sitting for a long time, watching TV, etc.


Sports health care

Should be helpful to promote the movement of qi and blood, persevere. Such as walking fitness method or Baduanjin, after completing the whole set of movements, "left and right open bow like shooting carving" and "behind the seven top hundred diseases" are added for 1 to 3 times. Avoid exercising in a closed environment. Exercise intensity depends on the physical condition, not suitable for large intensity, large load exercise, in order to prevent accidents.


Acupoint care

Zhimen acupoint: located in the chest, when the nipple is straight down, the sixth intercostal space is opened 4 cun beside the anterior midline.

Xuehai point: Knee flexion, on the inner thigh, 2 cun above the medial end of the bottom of the patella, when the bulge of the medial head of the quadriceps femoris;


Finger rubbing method was used. Each acupoint was operated for 2 to 3 minutes, once or twice a day.
