Definition

Diet and health

Should choose sweet warm spleen Yang, warm kidney Yang based food, such as mutton, chicken, hairtail, eel, shrimp, bean, leek, fennel, walnuts, chestnuts, cashews, pine nuts, black tea, ginger, etc. Eat less raw cold, bitter cold, sticky food, such as snails, crabs, kelp, laver, celery, bitter gourd, winter gourd, watermelon, banana, persimmon, sugarcane, pear, mung beans, broad beans, green tea, frozen drinks, etc. Don't overeat cold food even in the middle of summer.

① Angelica ginger mutton soup: Angelica 20g, ginger 30g, mutton 500g. Rinse Angelica and ginger, soak in water, and slice for later use. With the effect of warming the kidney and helping Yang, suitable for Yang deficiency constitution waist and knee cold pain.



Living adjustment

The living environment should be mild and warm, and it is not suitable to work and live in a dark, humid and cold environment for a long time. Keep your waist, back and lower limbs warm.

Keep a certain amount of activity during the day and avoid dozing off. Try not to drink water before going to bed, and urinate before going to bed.


Sports health care

It is appropriate to carry out soothing and soft outdoor activities in a sunny environment, and try to avoid exercising in the environment of high wind, cold and heavy snow.
